Ontario Football Building Success In The “War Room”
The game of football has a physical component unlike any other sport on the planet. Overall strength and stability carry immense value given the violent nature involved on the gridiron, so finding the weight room can be crucial to a player’s success.
Following three consecutive losing seasons with a combined eight wins, seniors on the Ontario football team have made a point to find some gym time throughout the summer months in an effort to change their fortunes in 2018. The “War Room”, as the Warriors high school weight training facility is nicknamed, has been jam-packed for first-year head coach Chris Miller all offseason which may provide the successful culture change the program has been seeking for the last half-decade.
