OLIVESBURG - Crestview entered their matchup with Mapleton undefeated in the Firelands conference and the Lady Cougars would stay that way by forcing Lady Mounties into a plethora of turnovers.

 

Crestview would create a whopping 41 Lady Mounties turnovers as senior forward Kenedi Goon dominated the paint with a game-high 22 points and controlled the boards. The whole Lady Cougars squad stepped up in a big way too as nine players got into the scoring column. 

 

Crestview scorched the Mounties 38-14 by the halftime break and it was the same story in the 2nd half as the Cougars continued to dominate and eventually ended the Mounties with a 68-34 win at the Den.

 

Scout Construction player of the game Kenedi Goon joined commentators Storm Bluntschly and Garret Parlett for a post game interview as the Cougars moved to 8-2 and 7-0 in the Firelands Conference, dropping the Lady Mounties to 2-5.
