Rams Pull Away From Tygers 39-29

MANSFIELD -- The Madison Lady Rams earned a "City Game" split with the Mansfield Senior Lady Tygers earning a 39-29 victory on the road.

Scoring started slow with the Lady Tygers (7-10) holding a slim 7-4 lead after one with both teams trading leads throughout the second quarter, but the Lady Rams (2-7) finished the half on an 8-1 run to take a 17-11 lead into the break.

​

Madison used the momentum from the final moments of the first half into the second half as they built their lead to 10 in the third quarter and 12 in the fourth quarter thanks, in part, to the play of Faith Kuhn, who scored all of her 14 points in the second half.
