MANSFIELD -- Taylor Huff showed out in a tough matchup against state-ranked Anthony Wayne, netting a trio of goals to push Madison past the Generals 4-1.

 

The senior standout scored her first goal in the opening half to give the Lady Rams a 1-0 advantage at the half before taking her game to the next level over the final 40 minutes.

 

Huff scored her second goal off a corner kick header over the keeper, then later split a double-team to set up a 1-on-1 with the keeper before getting dragged down by a Generals defender inside the box. Trinity Tucker drilled the penalty kick to make it 3-0 in favor of Madison with Huff securing a hat trick tick later in the half to put the match out of reach.

 

The top-ranked Lady Rams remain undefeated at 10-0-1, sending Anthony Wayne to 6-3-2.
