The Lucas Cubs went to Willard and took care of business taking down the Flashes 41-0.

Rushing touchdowns by Ethan Sauder and Tommy Zirzow opened the scoring and gave the Cubs (4-1) a 14-0 lead after one.

The Flashes (0-5) then kept Lucas off the board til late in the half when Zirzow added his second score of the evening. 

The Cubs then got the ball back again with 52 seconds left in the second and Lucas QB Logan Niswander went to the air to Riley Mounts for a 30-yard score for a 28-0 lead at the break.

Carson Hauger then opened up the second half with a bang returning the opening kickoff 70-yards to the house extending the Lucas lead to 35-0. Niswander then added a rushing touchdown in the fourth quarter to end the scoring.

Lucas will return home on Friday to take on Steubenville Catholic Central while Willard will head to Huron.
