Lexington’s Road Ends At The Final Four

The Minutemen’s quest for the programs third state championship came up just short with a 62-51 loss to Akron St Vincent-St Mary in the Division II State Semifinals. Junior forward Cade Stover posted another double-double with 17 pts & 10 rebounds, ending the season as the programs all-time leader in rebounding while sitting in second place on the career scoring list. Senior’s Bryant Givand (1/5 FG 2 pts, 2 reb, 3 ast) and Mason Kearns (4/8 FG 10 pts, 5 rebs, 2 ast) each played their final game in a Lexington basketball uniform.

The Minutemen wrap-up their season at 23-6 as OCC, Sectional, District and Regional Champions
