NORTH BLOOMFIELD TOWNSHIP -- A back and forth game saw a late fourth-quarter surge push Highland to their second straight win out of quarantine with a 50-44 victory over Northmor at The Castle.

It was Senior Night for the Golden Knights who celebrated the career of Bailey Snyder before the contest, then got off to a slow 1-13 start from the floor as the Fighting Scots took a 9-5 advantage into the second. Lexi Wenger would get hot from the floor, finishing with a game-best 18 points, but Highland continued to stay on top with a 23-21 halftime lead.

The game remained tight heading into the final frame with the Scots holding on to a 36-34 edge and the lead would go back and forth over the first several minutes of the fourth. In the end, Player of the Game Emma West made a few big plays down the stretch to lead Highland to a season sweep of their KMAC rivals.
