MANSFIELD — The threat of coronavirus is impacting the daily lives of Ohioans all over the state including the way we are handling banking transactions.

As social distancing becomes standard practice, the banking industry is adapting the way they must conduct business by interacting with customers primarily online. To shed some light of how local banks are modifying their services during these unprecedented times, Richland Bank president Chris Hiner joined Brian Skowronski and Don Bryant for an exclusive interview.

Hiner discusses how Richland Bank is working with clients who have been hit the hardest by the current economic climate, changes to the bank's procedures, keeping morale high among employees, charitable ventures and even shares some nuggets about his personal life with the current stay at home order issued by the governor.
