CENTERBURG -- The Worthington Christian Warriors used two big quarters to dispatch the Centerburg Trojans 70-21.

Centerburg (5-1) jumped out to a 6-2 lead thanks to two Mick Mead threes, but the Warriors (9-0) answered with a 14-1 run to finish the quarter with a 14-7 lead.

 

Worthington Christian then pulled away in the second quarter outscoring Centerburg 24-7 to take a commanding 38-14 into the break where they then coasted to the win while holding the Trojans to only 7 points in the second half and no points in the fourth quarter.

 

The Warriors finished four players in double figures led by Player-of-the-Game Tyler Kindberg and DJ Moore's 18 points a piece. Jonah Lewis added 12 points off the bench while Tommy Anthony added 10 points.
