Crestview Clobbers Evergreen In Postseason Opener

OLIVESBURG -- Crestview continued their winning streak with a lopsided victory over winless Evergreen in the Cougars home playoff opener, clobbering the Vikings 49-0 to advance in Division 6 Region 22.

The Cougars (6-1) sped out to a 35-0 halftime advantage with Scout Construction Player of the Game winner Chase Shifflet rushing for over 50 yards and a pair of scores while QB Ross Kuhn continued his hot play through the air. The outmatched Evergreen (0-7) offense was held in check throughout the night, only amassing 126 total yards from scrimmage while turning the ball over three times.
