ONTARIO -- Clear Fork crushed it at the plate in a 13-10 win at Ontario, riding a series of homeruns to a 5-0 start in MOAC action.

 

The Lady Colts (10-3) ran out to an immediate 1-0 lead in the top of the first on a Roberts RBI single, who later drove in another run in the third to make it 2-0. The score would read 3-1 entering the fourth where Clear Fork seized control with a monster 8-run frame.

 

Barker, Gottfried and Chrastina would all hit fourth run bombs for the Colts to help push their lead out to 11-1, and would carry a 13-2 advantage into the bottom of the sixth with dingers from Roberts and Anders. The Warriors would do their best to make things interesting with their final six outs, getting a homerun from Oblisk in the sixth, followed by a 2 RBI double and 2-run Homerun from Mullens in the seventh.
