UPPER SANDUSKY - The Upper Sandusky Rams secured its first N10 victory of the season knocking off Carey at home 68-53.

 

The Rams (2-2, 1-1 N10) jumped out to a quick 26-7 lead after one and cruised to a 37-19 lead at the break behind 20 combined first half points by Trent Beamer and Gavin Carey.

 

The two Upper Sandusky bigs then did enough in the second half as they scored 20 of the teams 31 points as both finished the game with 20 points apiece.

 

Carey (4-2, 2-2 N10) did pick things up in the second half outscoring the Rams by three, but it wasn’t enough as they were led by Cade Crawford’s 13 points. Landen Kennedy also scored in double figures for the Blue Devils with 11 points.
