Arrows Rip Through Colts 5-1

BELLVILLE -- In a clash of former OCC rivals, Ashland continued their dominance over Clear Fork with a 5-1 victory over the Colts on the road.

The Arrows (10-4-1) won their sixth consecutive match by taking an early lead with Roman Ramirez netting the first goal of the game, but the Colts (11-2-3) Seth Stoner responded instantly with an equalizer just nine seconds later. Less than five minutes before the end of the first half, Jeremiah Jackson gave Ashland the lead back at 2-1 heading into the break and it would be all Arrows in the seond stanza.

Second half goals by Dorian Duerson (18:14), Alex Lane (10:43) and Carson Lavengood (0:41) would give the Arrows a dominating road win as Clear Fork ends their regular season with two straight losses following a 14-match unbeaten streak to start the season.

Watch the full broadcast complete with post-match interviews from co-players of the game, Duerson and Lavengood along with Arrows coach Dustin Hosler, as Brian Skowronski and Jesse Rider call the game.
