Upper Drops 91 In Blowout Of Wynford

The Northern-10 leading Upper Sandusky Rams made yet another statement win on Saturday knocking
off second place Wynford 91-58.


The Rams (11-1, 7-0) jumped out to a 22-11 lead after one as Cameron McCreary posted 11 points in
the opening quarter.


Upper Sandusky then used a balanced second quarter to outscore Wynford (8-4, 6-2) 27-11 as Brett
Montgomery and Gavin Carey each scored 8 points while Mason Vent scored 6 points and Evan Young
scored 5 giving the Rams a comfortable 49-22 lead at the break.


The Rams were led by McCreary's 17 points while Montgomery followed with 16 points. Carey (13
points), Vent (12 points) and Young (11 points) also scored in double-figures.


The Royals were led by Josh Crall's game-high 24 points. Gavin Burris also scored in double-figures with
10 points.


Upper Sandusky will next be in action on Friday night at home when they welcome in Colonel Crawford,
who they defeated 50-45 on December 7th.


Wynford will next be in action on Friday night at Buckeye Central.
