UPPER SANDUSKY --- The Upper Sandusky Lady Rams won its second consecutive contest using a second half surge to knock off the Riverdale Lady Falcons 42-33.

The first half was a low scoring affair with the Lady Falcons (6-10) jumping out to an 8-2 start, but the Lady Rams (7-12) answered with a 5-0 run to trail 8-7 after eight minutes.

​

Riverdale then extended its lead to three with time running out in the half when Upper Sandusky's Zandria Gallant hit a three before the buzzer to tie the game at 17 and turn the tide of momentum going into the break.

​

Upper Sandusky then came out of the half the way they went in as Jenna Kurtz, who scored 10 of her game high 12 points in the second half, hit a three to give the Lady Rams a lead they would not relinquish outscoring Lady Falcons 25-16 in the final 16 minutes to secure the victory.

Upper Sandusky was also led by Gallant's 10 points while Velourea Stowers added 8 points.

​

Riverdale was led by Danielle Searfoss and Carrigan Vent's 8 points each while Reagan McKinniss followed with 6 points.
