Ontario Smashes Harding For Homecoming

The Ontario football team is off to a 3-1 start to the season with an impressive 28-7 victory over Marion Harding on Homecoming night.

The Warriors ran out to a 21-0 halftime advantage with a flurry of second quarter touchdowns that all came in about a five minute stretch. The defense then held firm by keeping the Presidents scoreless until the midway point of the final frame.

Ontario produced just 180 yards of total offense but held Harding to 218 yards from scrimmage and kept the Presidents off the board with defensive stops near the red zone on multiple occasions. The Warriors win is their first in MOAC play since joining the conference last season.

Next up for Ontario (3-1) is a trip to North Union (3-1) while Harding (1-3) will host Pleasant (4-0).
