Warriors Slam Pleasant 57-42

The Ontario Warriors defeated Marion Pleasant 57-42 at the O-Rena, extending their winning streak to five straight following a 1-2 start.


Ontario's Kolten Kurtz would start the 1st qtr off strong as he knocked down three triples to help the Warriors build a 23-10 lead after one and take a 32-23 advantage into the half

Kurtz scored a game-high 19 points as he drilled six deep shots from the land of three. Amil Upchurch would add 13 Ontario points as the Warriors outscored the Spartans 25-19 in the second half.

Cohl Ambrose paced Pleasant's offensive attack with a team-high 15 to go along with Patrick Blubaugh's 11.

The Spartans (3-7) will next face Mount Gilead while Ontario (6-2) will travel to Marion Harding.
