Dawg Days Of Summer Part 1: Shelby Whippets Training Camp
Following a 13-1 State Final Four season in 2017, the Shelby football team returned to the practice field for the new year needing to replace 19 seniors. Among the departed class of 2018 are a number of record breakers, including 4-year starting QB Brennan Armstrong, the programs only 3-time All-Ohioan.
The Whippets must find new players to replace the bulk majority of their offensive production over the last several seasons, including 10 vacant starting jobs on defense. As 6th-year Shelby coach Erik Will and his staff look to develop a new crew of fresh faces in an effort to continue their winning tradition, the OH.Report will be there every step of the way.
