Capturing The Moment:
Local Photographer Braxton Daniels
Sometimes in life, you must wait for the right moment to capitalize on a situation. Others can present themselves organically without much effort or planning.
The same can be said for the artwork captured by local photographer Braxton Daniels III.
The 23-year-old owner of Studio 45 in Mansfield says taking photos is “therapeutic” for him, typically taking the Madison grad into nature where he can be “off the grid”.
“A lot of times when I do go out to take landscape shots or something like that, it’s not with any kind of idea at all,” Daniels says. He then goes on to detail other situations where he’s waited 2-3 hours at one location waiting for the perfect opportunity to capture his environment.
Braxton also works with local businesses doing marketing and other media. He is slowly branching out his services to include other nearby cities but says his hometown of Mansfield is “where the heart is”, preferring to establish himself where his roots are. For now.
