Crestline vs Buckeye Central

Big Plays Push Crestline Past Buckeye Central

The Crestline football team kicked off the 2018 season by defending their home turf with a 26-6 win over Buckeye Central at Hutson Stadium.

Crestline held a 7-0 halftime edge on a 1st quarter TD run by Caleb Moore, then the combination of senior QB Ty Clark to junior WR Jaxson France exploded in the second half. Clark connected with France four times for 114 yards and 3 scores, connecting on touchdowns of 29, 14 & 58 yards to blow open a 26-0 lead.

The Bucks would score their only points on a 78-yard kickoff return in the 4th quarter.

Next up for Crestline (1-0) is a visit from Fisher Catholic (1-0) while Buckeye Central (0-1) will host Dalton (0-1)
